I have been trying to set up a Kali Live USB with persistence however after getting everything setup (assuming I followed the guide properly, fairly confident I did) and reaching the boot menu and selecting the live persistence option, it goes through the automated text and then the screen goes black and then the monitor stops receiving a signal.
I've gone through several forums trying to find a fix for this and can't seem to find a solution that works.
If anyone can provide an explanation I would greatly appreciate it.
I've setup a virtual box before with kali but would prefer something I can use on my desktop and then take to work for my laptop just to toy around and get familiar with it.
